Return & Refund Policy
Miccoli merchandise is part of an exclusive collection, with each item individually crafted to order. As such, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and the merch team will work with you to resolve it. After this period, we may be unable to offer a refund or replacement.
Return Eligibility
We only offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

Your item arrived damaged or defective (e.g. print errors, misprints, or production issues)

Your order was lost in transit and never delivered
To submit a request, please email mail@afarecords.co.uk within 14 days of delivery and include:

A photo of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)

Your order number and delivery address
Please note: Claims submitted after the 14-day window may not be processed.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of our merchandise, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

Incorrect size or style ordered by mistake

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

Any request made after 14 days from delivery
Lost Parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, contact us and we’ll investigate with the shipping provider. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
